The woman who becomes pure from her menstruation while there is no water with her, does her husband have intercourse with her?

925 – Ibn Jurayj from ʿAṭā.  He said regarding the menstruating woman who becomes pure while there is no water with her, he said: She does tayammum and her husband has intercourse with her.

926 – Ibn Jurayj from ʿAmr b. Shuʿayb that the Messenger of God صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ was asked about some of that, so he said: There is no harm with it.
