Who would wipe his head with the leftover of his arms

212- حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حدَّثَتْنِي الرُّبَيِّعُ بِنْتُ مُعَوِّذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ، قَالَتْ‏:‏ أَتَانَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وسَلَّم، فَتَوَضَّأَ، وَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَا بَقِيَ مِنْ وَضُوئِهِ‏.‏


212 – Wakīʿ narrated to us from Sufyān from ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. ʿAqīl.  He said: al-Rubayyiʿ bt. Muʿawwidh b. ʿAfrā narrated to me.  She said: The Prophet صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وسَلَّم came to us and did wuḍū, and he wiped his head with what remained of his wuḍū water.


213- حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ‏(‏ح‏)‏ وَعَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ؛ أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يَمْسَحَانِ رُؤُوسَهُمَا بِفَضْلِ أَيْدِيهِمَا‏.‏


213 – ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Mahdī narrated to us from Ḥammād b. Salama from Hishām from his father and from Ḥumayd from al-Ḥasan that they would wipe their heads with the leftover of their arms.


214- حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وسَلَّم؛ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَمْسَحُ رَأْسَهُ بِفَضْلِ وَضُوئِهِ‏.‏


214 – Wakīʿ narrated to us from Maʿmar from Abū Jaʿfar from the Prophet صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وسَلَّم that he would wipe his head with the leftover of his wuḍū water.
