363 – Muʿtamir b. Sulaymān narrated to us from ʿImrān b. Ḥudayr that the wife of Yazīd b. al-Sakhkhīr drank while she was menstruating, and Yazīd did wuḍū by it (i.e. the leftover of the water she had drunk from).

364 – Muʿtamir b. Sulaymān narrated to us from Salm b. Abū al-Dhayyāl from al-Ḥasan.  He said: I asked about the man doing wuḍu with leftover of the drink of the menstruating woman.  So he did not regard there to be any harm with it.

365 – Muḥammad b. al-Fuḍayl narrated to us from ʿAbd al-Mālik from ʿAṭā that he was asked about the menstruating woman drinking from the water, whether one does wuḍu by it.  So he said: Yes, there is no harm with it.

366 – ʿAbda b. Sulaymān narrated to us from Ibn Abī ʿArūba from Qatāda.  He said: ʿUmar said: Her menstruation is not in her mouth.

367 – Hushaym narrated to us.  He said: Mughīra reported to me from Ibrāhīm that he did not regard there to be any harm with the leftover of the wuḍu water of the menstruating woman, while her remaining drink from the drink is disliked.

368 – Wakīʿ narrated to us from Sufyān from Jābir from ʿĀmir.  He said: There is no harm with the remaining drink of the menstruating woman, the junub, and the mushrik.

369 – ʿAbda b. Sulaymān narrated to us from Ibn Abī ʿArūba from Qatāda from Saʿīd b. al-Musayyab and al-Ḥasan that they did not regard there to be any harm with her leftover drink – meaning the woman.
