The man leaving off one of his limbs (in the wuḍū)

112 – Ibn Jurayj said: I said to ʿAṭā: I missed one of my feet or I forgot it until I remembered afterwards, and I did not bring about anything in that.  He said: Wash the one you missed and do not begin a new wuḍū.

113 – Ibn Jurayj said: I said to ʿAṭā: I forget a little thing from the limbs of the wuḍū from the body.  He said: So make it touch the water.

114 – Maʿmar from ʿAmr b. ʿUbayd from al-Ḥasan.  He said: Someone who forgot something from his limbs in the wuḍū does not repeat the wudu whether the wuḍū dried or did not dry.  He is to wash the one he left off and he repeats the prayer.

115 – Abū Bakr b. Muḥammad b. Abī Sabra from Yaḥyā b. Saʿīd from Ibn al-Musayyab.  He said: Someone who left off something from the places of the wuḍū is to repeat (and) to wash the one he left off, then he is to repeat the prayer, even if it was the like of the hair.

116 – Hushaym b. Bashīr from al-ʿAwwām b. Ḥawshab.  He said: I heard Ibrāhīm al-Nakhʿī saying: Whatever the water contacts from the places of purification, then that place has been purified.

117 – Maʿmar from Qatāda. He said: Someone who forgot something from the limbs of his wuḍū, if his wuḍū did not dry then he is to wash the one he left off.  And if it had dried, he repeats the wuḍū and the prayer in the time.

118 – Maʿmar from Khālid al-Ḥadhdhā from Abū Qilāba that ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb saw a man praying and he had left off from his feet the place of a nail.  So he commanded him to repeat the wuḍū and the prayer.
