Chapters on defense

Chapter 1 - Permissibility of defending against the thief and combating him offensively (lit. commencingly), and killing him if one cannot defend oneself but by it

Chapter 3 - Permissibility of self defense and (defense of) property

Chapter 4 - Non-obligatoriness of the defense of property

Chapter 5 - Permissibility of defending the family, slave woman, and relative, even if killing (as a result of it) is feared

Chapter 6 - The blood of the one defended against is of no account/unretaliated

Chapter 7 - Obligatoriness of assisting the guest and the one who fears a thief and predatory animal and other than them, and repelling the adversity of water and fire from the Muslims
